Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own full bath. This home comfortably sleeps up to 10 adults plus kids. 16 in beds (not air mattresses on the floor). This new home is immaculately clean so you can relax and focus on making memories. Enjoy the sunrise over a beautiful ridge from your back patio or take in the spectacular sunset over Snow Canyon cliffs. Whether you BBQ in the backyard afternoon shade, cook in the fully stocked kitchen, challenge your friends to a friendly (or fierce) game of ping pong, this place has it all. Take advantage of the year-round heated community pool and hot tub, fast WI-FI, washer/dryer, DirectTV now (includes cable channels like: HGTV, CNN, etc), and of course the breathtaking views.

Stepping out the front door will connect you to over 200 miles of hiking and biking trails in the Red Cliff Desert Reserve, where you and your gang can discover petroglyphs, fossilized dinosaur tracks, and even catch a glimpse of the protected Mojave Desert Tortoise. A short 8 mile drive will take adventurous souls to discover the Red Cliffs Trail Head in the Red Cliffs Preserve. Red rock canyons, slot canyons, dinosaur tracks, Anasazi pit houses, and historic homesteads are all accessible out of this trailhead. Less than 10 miles away are the warm waters of Quail Creek State Park - perfect for paddle boarding, water-skiing or playing on the beach. 16 miles east lies Sand Hollow Reservoir and a short 36 mile drive will motor you to the iconic monoliths of Zion National Park.

First Class Experience

All the amenities, beds and pillows were amazing. In fact, can you tell me the brand of pillows in the downstairs King room? Clean, modern, lots for teens to do. The karaoke machine was a hit!! One of the girls said the games were all missing pieces, but I can't verify that. We would definitely use this house again!! Pool was awesome!

Wonderful large modern home located in a fantastic community

We loved the house and especially the community pool. The pool was heated even though it was in the lower 30's during our stay, that was a huge perk for the family.No complaints from us other than a heating/cooling issue we resolved with the owner.

The property was a great space and location. Cleanliness was lacking some- my kids kept finding random things throughout the house and I noticed dirt and trash in out of reach/sight areas. The host was great at communication, but the stay before us had taken the pool key with them and had to mail it back so most of our stay we were without the pool key. Host was kind to offer an extra night stay/late check out, but we had to get home. Overall was a nice stay.

We abslutely loved this townhome. Perfect location. Great size for a large family. The rooms were cozy and clean as could be. The game room was a hit! The kitchen was furnished extremely well. Staying again!
