The front desk and door security staff were excellent. Their consistent friendliness and helpfulness reminded me of the service from high end, five star properties. Please compliment the management on hiring good people with great attitudes and keeping them motivated. It really shows in the overall experience. I will say here again and I did recommend the Fairfield 500 H St to the staff at Georgetown Grad School.
