It's a reasonably priced small hotel that's close to the Metro and the lively DuPont Circle in a quiet area of apartments and embassies. Don't expect anything quaint or lavish, but rooms are clean and staff are helpful. Particularly appreciated the loaner bikes which makes for perfect transportation when the weather's good. Good value for the money in a pricey market.

The pictures posted online didn't show how terrible this place is. When you walk in, it smells real bad & the front desk person was very rude & acted like she didn't want to be there or be bothered & i was wasting her time asking questions about parking. The room was nasty, dust everywhere, shower curtain with mildew & shower itself nasty we took sponge bath in the sink & avoided the nasty shower. We looked out of our window & there is a dirty mattress just thrown out there. We would have been far better off staying in our car than in this nasty dump. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND THE NIGHTS SMELLING CIGARETTE SMOKE AND HANGING OUT WITH HOMELESS PEOPLE. OUR STAY AT THIS HOTEL WAS THE WORST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF OUR TRIP TO DC.

I didnt like anything about it...Tiny room...twin sized bed behind the door...wallpaper peeling from the ceiling...no fridge...no microwave....bed too soft...Not a good room based on the view from the outside and the area...

It’s just ok

The hotel was overbooked. We asked for early check in when we arrived an hour early...denied. The hotel smells sort of old. We had two rooms. Coffee and water in the very small lobby. There’s a community kitchen and vending in the basement. Room 309- small room, small bathroom, peeling paint, nasty carpets, window AC, LOUD due to thin walls. Room 301- much larger room, Cracked window which allowed bugs to enter, larger bathroom, seemed fairly clean, peeling paint, ok carpets. PARKING IS HORRIBLE. This property does not own a lot, a street, a garage, NO PARKING. We parked down the street and around the corner. Very sketchy. There is a garage 3 blocks away for $59/night.

Fair to middlin

Very quiet and the bed was nice. WiFi worked fine, but I never could get the tv to work. The bathroom faucet needed maintenance, as it was loose and wiggled around. The desk folks were lovely and kept the coffee pot going all day long.

The property had hostile (bunk) rooms on another floor. And hotel rooms on the first. The room we stayed in was very small but we definitely got better than we paid for. Room was very clean, just smaller than a normal hotel or even motel room

The hotel part was good , having to go 4 blocks to park n then pay overnight fee of $25, just include in bill or include n have deal half off the overnight price, but wasn't aware when book n no cancellation that no parking offered st hotel other than searching the streets

firstly the room was very small barely enough space to turn around! the bedsheet wasn't so clean and when I asked for clean sheets I never got a reply. We saw few roaches on the room floor. Lastly, I think I got bedbugs from it because days later I had bumps on most parts of my body, and they ich a lot. I will not recommend it at all.
