Great townhouse across the street from the Nationals stadium and close to many restaurants and activities! Perfectly fit our needs for the weekend, although the twin bed in the listing is actually a pull out sofa bed with a mattress that was in rough condition. The host was very responsive to our questions and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. Parking behind the unit was convenient, but larger vehicles may have difficulties due to it being narrow. I would definitely rent again!

ice location with easy access to activities

Property was clean and in a great location. Included parking space greatly reduced stress of travel. Location was in walking distance to many nice restaurants and activities as well as access to metro to get to the mall and Smithsonian museums. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The duplex is within walking distance from Navy Yard and the Wharf, where we had lots of dining options. The walk to the Capital Mall, memorials, museums, White House, etc. was relatively flat and we enjoyed the many green spaces along the way. It definitely met our vacation needs!

Working at Nationals Stadium

This location is directly across from the stadium. For me and my coworker it was the best possible situation. The owner was on top of anything I asked him about and made the process of checking in flawless. The unit was exactly the way the photos looked and was very comfortable and made unwinding after work pleasurable
