From the theme, to the staff it was absolutely lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful, there was plenty to do in hotel, such as games, rooftop pool, etc. it was walkable to certain museums and shopping. I highly recommend.

This is a walkers paradise! The room was very spacious and worth every minute. The soft water in the shower, the heat and cooling system and room service all AWESOME. The pool was great so was the first floor lobby FULL of art. The staff 10/100!!

I’ve always had a great experience booking at Zena for my D.C. stays. However, this time around, I was a bit disappointed with the conditions of my initial room. Then there were issues with the toilet handle in the room we moved to, and the staff seemed a bit unpleasant. I’m a bit disappointed, but I hope things are better when I visit next.

Very friendly staff all around. Valet parking attendants were great but a little expensive to have a vehicle parked. Roof top was an amazing way to wind down after very hot days walking around DC. Thank you for a great stay!

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The suite had a strong odor. We called down to management. They found a Tanqueray mini bottle connected to a pvc pipe. Once removed a large amount of stinky moldy gunk came out. Hoping we don't get sick w/ Legionaires.
