The room did not have a closet to start with, the entrance door was cracked and you see the outside of the room, TV dod not qork for 4 days despite several complaints to the front desk, thet just did not care, the housekeeping team was more helful and supportive than the front desk staff. Absolutely the worst wxperience I have had thus far.

Room was so small, no closet or hangers. A very old hotel, old, dirty carpet in hallways, resembles a hostel. Excellent location, clean sheets, good shower, low pricing.

Room was simple, clean and adequate. Internet wasn’t working but we got a small refund which illustrated the staff’s willingness to accommodate. The fan/AC was very noisy. A couple little bathroom towel racks would have been nice. The neighborhood was jumping fun with great restaurants and proximity many of the city’s best known offerings. Excellent stay for those on a budget who don’t care about amenities.

Basic, but all you really need. I would describe it as somewhere between an upmarket hostel and basic hotel. But at a price point 10% of the nearby Marriott for one night, I am more than satisfied.

Staying here is not bad it was a good stay the place is quite, and the hotel as well is quiet I’m concern is that no phone in my room I’m not sure if that is normal, how can I call the front desk if there’s a emergency and no closet in my room but the staff are great they are so nice and my room is good simple not bad at all definitely I will stay again here and recommend to my friends as well great stay at all

The location is great. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Not big and not fancy but adequate for a place to sleep comfortably. The bed was comfortable, the A/C worked, the bathroom was clean and well-appointed. The real negative is the common areas. Upon walking in the lobby, I was hit with a strong smell that made me wonder if I had made a big mistake. The lobby and hallways are beyond tired. Worn carpets, etc. a lobby freshen up would make a much better first impression. I would stay there again.

Satisfactory! Room: Pros - it was clean, but the bedding was very clean. Cons - the AC turned on and off and made loud sound that was not comfortable during sleeping. Bathroom: Pros - pristine clean, very laundered clean towels. Cons - facial soap was provided but no bodywash. I asked a staff member, but she checked and said that's all that they have got. Reception: No welcoming exchange of pleasantry from the staff appearing as lackluster.

I would have given 5's across the board because it was clean, centrally located, loved the sheets and bathroom but the one issue we had was with one of our beds...the matress was completely sunken in, in the middle, it was awful, we told the front desk and they said they could switch us rooms but the one they wanted to switch us to was smaller and the beds were placed very weirdly. They need to replace that matress.

AC was directly above my head on the bed, could not keep it on. My door had a horizontal crack, almost the entire length of the door, so much so, that the light from the corridor shone through it; only about a foot, in the middle was not cracked otherwise too and bottom cracked right through. The only way to access foyer from the street was a series of steps so very difficult for luggage. Room was very small, bathroom was extremely small. No coffee/tea or small fridge facilities in the room. It was clean. I would not book there again.

This hotel is clean but has a lingering smell of cigarettes. It’s fine for a short trip, but I wouldn’t recommend it for more than a day or two. I didn’t feel super welcome or comfortable.
