Beware...be aware confirmation means nothing.
We arrived to find that confirmation did not mean anything and we had no room, and were told five others had booked or "overbooked" exactly the same room for the same date. This is not a service.

Lovely people!
Only my 2nd time in a hostel, and I had an amazing experience. My boyfriend and I stayed in the private room and, apart from being the most affordable option around, we met some first rate guests! Went out drinking together and had great conversations!

Hidden gem at DC
I never imagined that I could find a place like this in DC. It is more than a place to stay, it is a fraternity of travelers. If you enjoy meeting people from all over the world, playing the piano, cooking, talking and having fun with other guests, this is the place to be. This is a well kept place with a positive atmosphere and a good sense of an inclusive community.

Steht zum Verkauf, nicht buchen!
Wir haben das Hotel bereits im Januar gebucht für zwei Nächte im August. Als wir gegen 23 Uhr ankamen, war niemand da und ein großes "For Sale" Schild steht vor dem Haus. Vor dem Haus lagen auch nur Flyer von der Immobiliendame, welche man bei Interesse am Haus anrufen kann. Wir haben dann natürlich versucht jemanden zu erreichen, aber die Mailbox ist voll und man erreicht niemanden. Wir mussten uns dann ein anderes Hotel kurzfristig in der Nacht suchen, was im August natürlich nicht so leicht ist. Draufzahlen mussten wir auch noch. Von Expedia haben wir auch noch keine Antwort bekommen und hoffen einfach mal, dass wir unser Geld noch wieder bekommen. Nach 10 Minuten Hotline warten aus den USA (15 Euro Kosten) haben wir aufgelegt und wollen das nach dem Urlaub klären.

Ужасный отель. Вместо комнаты с окном заселили в подвал в глухую комнату. Чтобы дойти до своей комнаты надо пройти через комнату в двухэтажными кроватями. Душ грязный. На кухне мыши
