This hotel is geared toward a young clientele. It is not a relaxing space and everything about the room operates on an ipad that is in the room. There is no guide for the television channels. They have a small refrigerator, but it keeps things at room temperature (I was told that’s intentional). It tries way too hard to be hip and cool. That said, younger travelers (under 35 maybe?) might love it. It’s basically a Yotel if you’ve ever stayed in one. Comfortable bed and decent bathroom.

Cutest, coziest hotel ever! The rooms are small, but it’s clear that a lot of thought went into the design to make every guest’s stay as comfortable as possible. The iPad control system for the lights, blinds, and TV is a great touch. The lobby and restaurant/bar have such a unique and cozy vibe—it feels stylish yet welcoming. I’ve stayed at high-end hotels, but this place was so thoughtfully designed and charming that I’d absolutely stay here again. I’m also excited to check out other CitizenM locations in different cities! The only downside is parking can be tricky, but it’s manageable if you pay attention to the signs. Overall, highly recommend!

The rooms are clean and beautiful. I expected a larger room, as I'm accustomed to spacious places, but I will definitely book with them again! The staff members are wonderful, and I truly enjoy my time there. My child loves it too. It's a nice place and very well located.

I loved the design of this hotel! My room felt like a high-tech space ship. It was truly a unique stay. My room and all the facilities were clean, the shower was great. The staff was very friendly. I do wish check-in was a bit more organized; it was fine, but the self-check in with employees helping everyone at the various kiosks felt slightly chaotic and could have been more streamlined. This small point aside, my favorite part was that the hotel was walking distance from the National Mall, the Metro, and many restaurants! I’d stay again!
