The stay was great, but it's the part after that that's not so great. I stayed for 3 nights and 2 days while attending a conference. The staff during my stay were all very nice, and I honestly had minimal interactions with them, but they were all positive. Then I checked out digitally or remote, because we left at 5 am. I was staying there as a student, so I needed a 'folio' to be able to get reinburst. As I write this, I've been on hold for an hour. Now, I have never worked in hospitality, so I'm not sure how difficult it is to compile a folio. However, this will be my third call, and I've also emailed and messaged them through Expedia with no conclusion, solution, or even response. Each time I've called, they take down my information and claim to have sent it, and I've never received it. I was very happy with my stay, though. My room was nice, the bathroom was huge, the bed was comfortable, but now that I've checked out, I don't appreciate the dissatisfying customer service I've been receiving.
