This is the 4th time we stayed at this hotel. Major dining room and bar was closed for renovation. Air conditioning was not functioning properly and was very loud. Valet parking too expensive. Could not get any room service or service to room, needed creamer for coffee when calling the person frantically answered the phone and asked if I could come to the lobby and get it because she was the only person working.

Communication regarding phones being down was missed. 2 ladies working the Front Desk were a bit too arogant at check and forgot to mention the phones. The light fixtures were stained with bleach, and when trying to shower, the shower handles were leaking and sprayed all over the place. OMG a joke. If your home is better than this hotel, choose to pay an additional 50-100 + for a better experience. The gentlemen at the front office on Saturday am were dressed professionally, and very kind and professional. I would come again for them only, but honestly? I doubt it.

The room was awesome! The only negative thing i could say is the lobby is not properly identified, so you don't know where to check in, and the elevator controls are messed up at best. We couldn't figure out how to use them. Never been in an elevator without floor buttons before! But the hotel itself is beautiful, with beautiful rooms, and valet parking inside. We had a wonderful stay, and will definitely be staying there again in the future.
