Very clean place that was really easy to get into. Perfect parking spot, with plenty of public parking if you have more than one car. Great location with plenty to do around it. Excellent communication from the owner. Only marked down the accuracy of the listing by a couple of stars due to the second bed definitely not being a queen bed. The listing saying the place had two queen sized beds was one of the main reasons we booked it, as everyone in our group was tall. The second bed was a full at best, and it was uncomfortable to sleep in.

Our stay was wonderful. The home was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and full of old charm while still offering modern upgrades. It’s a lovely multi-level home that was both comfortable and well maintained. The host was very accommodating and responsive, quickly answering all of our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others.

This quirky house was in a lovely neighbourhood and close to the capitol etc. We appreciated the a/c, the water cooler, the shade and the roof terrace. Very modern and thanks for having a watchable tv. So much better than a hotel. The communications were excellent and they accommodated our early arrival through fatigue. Greatly appreciated.

This was perfect for us. It was close to Whole Foods, restaurants and the free trolley that takes you to Union Station. The best thing about our stay was Rosevelt, the host. He was the best communicator from the beginning and came right over ( living next door) when we had a question about the coffee maker. He even brought over a wireless phone charger.

Great location and very cute!

We enjoyed our stay as the property was interesting, clean, and well located. Parking was easy and the neighborhood was great for taking walks. The doors were a bit hard to open and close, but nothing to complain about. There are some stairs to contend with, but that wasn't a problem for our group.

Memorial Weekend in Washington

The property location was perfect for us as we were attending a wedding near the capital. Lots of amenities around the property in a nice neighborhood. The property was clean but a little smaller than we thought it would be. The back deck and rooftop deck need to be renovated. Otherwise good for our purposes.

Excellent Location

You can take the streetcar up to Union Station which connects to all city transportation. Unique interior and cozy and comfy. Two and 1/2 baths, worked out great for our party.
