Guests are welcomed to this centrally located Warwick townhouse, perfectly situated for walking distance to Warwick castle, or a short drive/bus away from the local tourist towns of Stratofrd Upon Avon & Leamington Spa.
Whether you're here for business or leisure, the property provides the perfect blend of peaceful living and easy access to all that Warwickshire has to offer.
On the ground floor, there is a games room which houses a full size Ping Pong table, perfect for some downtime games when relaxing at the property.
The middle floor offers a relaxing lounge with floods of natural light and comfortable seating, and a modern kitchen equipped with everything you will need for your stay. There is also a toilet on this floor.
The top floor has two bedrooms, both offering King Sized beds and a shared bathroom with both a bath and shower.
Guest have exclusive use of the whole property during their stay.
