Very nice process & apartments. A bit on the pricey side for this type of service but understandable. Everything was quite intuitive once explained via e-mail, though most of the staff don't really seem to want to be helpful, overall it is a much better choice than actual hotels for this area in my opinion.

There was no communication from the property so when I arrived there was no one to help me. I had to call the number for instructions to check in which isn’t great. The toilet was not cleaned it was stained with urine and poo. The shower cubicle was mouldy. The bedroom and the furnishing and the kitchen supplies were ok. The room was fine for one person. The location is handy for anything around Wilanow.

La chambre a une bonne talle et le design est moderne. Bonne literie. Juste le meuble de la salle de bain était déjà rouillé. L'hotel se trouve dans une banlieue assez isolée, il n'y a rien autour, mais pour moi s'était OK.
