The biggest problem was how to enter the code to gain general entry - three numbers followed by the key symbol and then 4 numbers - wasn't that clear; we had to be shown by a person leaving the property. When we tried late at night (1 am) plus the lack of anyone to answer our problems (only available 9 am to midnight) meant we had to find alternative accommodation until the next morning. The "IKEA" show apartment (as that is what is was like) is really good. Just make sure you understand the instructions!
