This is an excellent place to stay. It’s very clean and modern. The location is lovely and near to lots of cafes, bars and handy shops like a health and beauty store to get essentials, like toiletries. I was a bit disappointed at first as everything was great but the room had two single beds, rather than a double. The description said it had two singles but showed (in every picture) a double bed, leading me to assume it was two singles bolted together and topped with a double topper. I did mention it, and was told that basically it was my fault and it was “just a picture”. But then, in fairness, the lady I was speaking to pulled the stops out and arranged for someone to change the room to meet my expectations. It was sort of direct but helpful. She was quite honest and didn’t sugar coat anything, but meant well. I appreciated it. Even though I was essentially told it was my fault. I’d say maybe partially, but it is a bit misleading to show a double bed when it’s in reality two singles. But anyway, it was resolved which made me happy. The bar served very nice, professional cocktails. The girls in the coffee shop were always nice and pleasant. The staff were all nice, and I saw staff picking up little bits of litter outside. Things like cigarette butts. The attention to detail is impressive. On the last day, the one lady in the coffee shop grabbed me some biscuits to see me off. The room was also cleaned every single day. 10/10 - I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely amazing. We stayed at the Royal Tulip for my sister’s birthday celebration weekend. Hotel in very high standard, with outstanding cleanliness. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Reception staff made us feel very welcome.We received complimentary bottle of champagne and delicious dessert as a part of celebration. We will definitely book again.

Excellent in all regards!

New and very well-maintained. My studio felt like I was the first person to use it—absolutely spotless. The staff, from cleaners to kitchen, restaurant, and bar personnel, were professional and exceptionally pleasant. Breakfast was very rich and tasty, with an excellent eggs station. Not to forget the Finnish sauna and fitness center—both fantastic! Sounds like it’s from a different world? Come and try it! The location is right in the center, within walking distance of several shops, restaurants, and amazing public transport options. The underground parking is spacious and convenient; however, I must mention that the curves inside are very narrow and quite challenging to navigate, especially on the way out. As for reception—it's tough to smile all the time, I know, but it’s your business card and the first impression your guests have. Still, a big thanks to the entire team for making this stay so enjoyable!
