The rooms need to be updated. No safe, carpet was badly fitted and the water from the shower leaks everywhere in the bathroom. And whoever chose the tiling, should be fired. We have stayed at this hotel once before and have found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The gym and swimming pool are very good for a hotel and the spa is also good although the sauna this time was out of action. The breakfast is pretty good. Not many restaurants in the area close by.

Very good value for a really spacious junior suite - the bathroom was huge! Opposite (going one way) was a convenient bus to Old Town and a tram to Central going the other way. 15 mins to either. Get the Jakdojade app for day passes as they are not sold on the bus ticket machine onboard. We had executive suite lounge access and the evening hot food was very nice, alongside the free alcoholic drinks. Daytime snacks, on the other hand, were limited to some cookies. The pool / steam / sauna was a welcome end to our day (December) - very clean and spacious. Being a 5 star hotel, some interactions with junior staff were varied in them responding to our requests. Sometimes more experienced staff would step in to rectify and provide the service befitting their star rating. Nothing overly taxing but we would have preferred to hear ‘yes, I can take care of that for you’ than put the onus back on us (considering there were 3 staff gathered around the concierge not really doing anything). The wifi can be a bit hit and miss. Overall, we recommend this hotel for the price for its spacious room, executive lounge access and the pool / spa. Paying a little more for the room meant all of these things were included. While a little further out from the main areas, the transport was incredibly easy to use and allowed us to see more than just the tourist spots.

Staff were clearly busy … but they didn’t have not enough focus on the needs of waiting customers.. I was stood 5 minutes waiting to get an omelette for breakfast and two kitchen staff just ignored me.. there were at least 4 more table staff who just walked passed and said/did nothing. Overall a decent place to stay for a few days but could improve in a few areas.

Just a splendid and beautiful place with an outstanding restaurant WAY above typical food Breakfast cannot be described, must be enjoyed to appreciate Hotel is older but very well maintained and was built with the very best materials and design including the best bathtub I’ve ever seen, very hot water and comfortable bed. Staff is friendly and helpful and spoke English I have stayed here on each trip to Warsaw, twice yearly over a few years now.

Arrived at hotel and check in was a great. A nice man told me about the hotel and then went to room. Room was very clean well laid out and a huge bathroom. Came down and went to the bar for a drink nice selection of alcohol there and reasonable price. Restaurant was very pleasant and good variety on the menu. ..something for everyone I would say. Had a nice meal and staff very friendly. Had breakfast there following day again nice selection on the buffet and the service very good. Lobby bar was great and a nice guy called Sebastian was the main server while I stayed there and was very friendly to customers, really nice to see a guy like that in the bar. Pool complex was also very nice and again very clean. Transport good bus and tram stops very close to hotel. I stayed here for five nights and was completely happy with everything. I will stay here again when next visit Warsaw.

No where near 5 star quality, or even 4 star. The room was not soundproofed and there was significant road noise, along with a plumbing issue that sounded like faulty pipes on the ceiling, all night long. The hotel failed to fix the issue and instead offered some cotton make up pads in lieu of ear plugs.

Hotel is nice, by the Wi-Fi is terrible. As someone who had to do some work this was very frustrating. I mentioned it multiple times at reception. The staff were nice and always said they would get it looked at but it never improved.
