We didn’t had AC And i understand 1/2 off the hotels don’t had AC but this place was an oven. Balcony door handles broken bed legs. Broken chair broken dirty floor. Very dusty the remote control for the garage door never get it We try to call or contact them to see if was any other way to get in no answer. We try many ways to contact them cell phone emails. Texting. WhatsApp and nothing as adults we can handle it but with 2 girls one 11 and 12 years old. And especially when you promise them we are going to had a beautiful vacations this is not right So I never complain for anything but this happened I can’t let it pass I hope many people read this so they things. 2 times before they book with this company if you give me the option to mark -5 starts I will give that Sorry but you are a company that only things in your packets. Your supposed things about the people came to you and rent your place
