Fine for a night or two

Fine hostel. 88 stairs to get to the entry so enjoy that. Good location, beds were fine. Hot in the dorm and no fan/aircon.

If I could give 0 star, I would. Booked 2 days in advance. Instructions said hostel was code entry and I would recieve it in an email 24 hours in advance. Never did. No reception desk even in check in hours. When I didn't receive it, i called and called and called. No answer on phone. Got stranded outside the hostel with nowhere to go the night I arrived. Kind person staying at the hostel let me in and gave me the couch in reception, slept there for the night and found another hostel for my second night. Worst experience I've ever had.

Un souci à l'arrivée : je n'avais toujours pas reçu mes codes d'accès malgré plusieurs réclamations les jours précédents. Besoin de l'aide d'une personne à l'hébergement pour parvenir à les obtenir. Ensuite tout a été très agréable dans une ambiance calme, respectueuse.
