Centrally located. Very kind staffs, clean room and they are so thoughtful about your stay. 10 mins walk to the bus stop and it would take you to the airport straight. Walk to old town in 10 mins. Great coffee shop nearby!

A quaint spot just a short walk up to the main area full of shops and restaurants. Excellent location. Rooms are beautifully designed and offer all you would need plus excellent complimentary items. Space is a little small but the lovely decor makes up for it.

Wow, this place is amazing! The room was immaculate, the personal little gifts when you first walk in to the room and then a gift when you leave too! Bed was comfy. Very spacious room and only 2 minutes walk to the old town!

This place is awesome! Our 2 bedroom suite had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. The location is perfect as it’s a short walk to the old town area and the bus stop to get anywhere else you need. The hotel staff was outstanding, especially Boris who helped us multiple times. They even provided snacks, beverages and a small amenities basket. Our son loved the gummy bears. Great place. Stay here!

The suite was newly renovated. It was very clean and comfortable. A lot of little additional touches to make your stay pleasant. Good location and a few minutes walk to old town and the Royal route. The entrance to the building, the court yard, the stairs are run down and need to be updated . A bit of contrast with everything brand new in the rooms.

Perfect Location with Extra Touches Included!

This lovely aparthotel is truly in the BEST location possible: you are in a quiet oasis only five minutes walking to the heart of the old town. The owners clearly care a lot about their property and include all kinds of extras/nice touches in the room to make sure your stay is perfect. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The property is a partially renovated building, the room itself is nice and well appointed. The location is great for old town, total way access. The area may seem sketchy to some, for myself it was more than workable and offers gla good location. Check out the footbridge across the Vistula that is very close for a great view of Warsaw from the other side of the river. The St Anne's cathedral tower is also very close offering great views of old town and the Royal way.

Nice location just outside Old Town

This was a perfect location to Old Town. It was a 5 minute walk from many eateries and activities. It was quiet in a neighborhood. Found a great cafe just up the street. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Brilliant, friendly and comfortable hotel

My husband and I stayed at the hotel in April 2025. It was in a very easy to access location and had a nice view of St. Anne's Church and the Palace from the street. It is down the hill from the Old Town but has an easy path to get up there. Our room was upgraded and was very comfortable. It was very spacious and quiet, despite being right by the Old Town. The bathroom was also very large. There were complimentary drinks in the mini fridge which was very nice after a long day of travel. We had a sofa, wardrobe, coffee table, desk, mirror, etc. They had also prepared little goody baskets for us which had a toothbrush, razor, slippers, face towel and some gummy bear. It was one of the nicer hotels we have stayed at in a while. The staff were very friendly and messaged ahead of time. I also alerted them that my husband might be reaching the hotel ahead of me as he had to come early on business and they were very communicative. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Warsaw.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. They have a lovely team and Nicole and her husband who own the place seem very friendly. The rooms were clean and they had nice touches in the room. They were all very helpful and I would come back. We had an ant issue in the room that was never fully resolved which is why I can't rate this place higher. I do think we were unlucky with this and for that reason I'd come back.

After traveling to 25 countries, this is by far one of our favorite stays! The room was impeccably clean, there were ample towels, they provided a tremendous amount of complimentary items, to include treats, drinks, a razor, toothbrush, eyeglass cleaner (too much to list). The hosts are super friendly, always available, and just made the stay that much more welcoming. It is a very short walk to the town center (my 80 year old mother made it just fine). There's a small store and coffee shop steps away and a supermarket just in town. It's a quiet street, which is a nice reprieve. I recommend 10/10!
