Additionally, the Westfield Mokotów shopping center is only 1.4 kilometers away. For those who appreciate active leisure, the nearby recreational-sport center Hangar 646 and the Warsaw Water Park, located 3.3 kilometers away, are worth visiting. Close to the apartment is also one of the largest and most beautiful horse racing tracks in the world - Służewiec Horse Racing Track. The location facilitates easy movement around the city due to numerous bus and tram stops (Osiedle Nowy Mokotów, Racjonalizacji, PKP Służewiec).
