Booked a single room for me and a dorm room for my son. Upon arrival they said they had no single rooms and I had to share a 3 person female dorm room. The city was sold out because of concert in area. I had no choice but to accept. Room was filthy and had BED BUGS. At 1 am my son knocked on the dorm door and said the men in his dorm were doing “bad things”. I had to get him out of there! We spent the next hour looking for a room. We found a hotel that had a no show so we were able to get out of th hostel by 2:30 am. The property staff was not helpful at all. There were a few people sleeping in lobby. It seemed this was their home. The place is like a halfway house. I think they displace residents to sell beds to tourists. DO NOT book this place!
