R&R Ocean Breeze is a calm, inviting space that is sure to impress and become a favourite to return to.
An inviting three-bedroom home in Warrnambool, it is the perfect walking distance from Flume beach, a stroll into town or Lake Pertobe, or a bike ride to the whale watching or the Breakwater.
This home has been lovingly renovated and extended, maintaining elements of its original charm with a modern twist, and complemented by stunning indigenous artwork. Through the front door you are greeted with a small sitting area, perfect for those morning coffees whilst being greeted by the rising sun. This leads to the main lounge area which includes a smart TV, internet access, comfortable seating and a gas heater to keep you warm in the cooler months. A ducted gas heating system provides cosy warmth throughout the winter. The open plan connects the lounge to the dining/kitchen area which has been tastefully renovated offering generous counter/cupboard space, fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas cooktop and a 6-seater dining table. The benefit of a split system helps keep you cool throughout your stay.
There are three bedrooms in the home: the main bedroom with a Queen bed, including a large full ensuite with a luxurious walk-in shower and spa bath. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed, and the third has a King Single bed. All bedrooms have block out blinds & built-in wardrobes.
The main bathroom offers a large shower and vanity. There is a separate toilet off the kitchen/dining area. The home has a European laundry, including a washing machine, adjacent to the kitchen.
A second living area to the rear of the home, includes two armchairs and a two-seater couch, and acts as an indoor/outdoor area, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors whilst remaining inside. Bi-fold doors out to decks on either end of the room allow the ocean breeze to flow through and double the living space. Some outdoor furniture and a BBQ add to the amenity of these outdoor areas.
