The mistake which marred our visit to a war grave

Disappointing. The booking form did not make clear the accommodation was a tent. and did not include such basics as towels, Pillows, bedding etc. We were offered a wooden building fully equipped apart from the above. In view of the uncertainty of finding alternative we reluctantly accepted and improvised despite my age (86). We have enjoyed camping in the past but this time we were not equipped for this situation. However it enabled us to meet our need for visiting the area in which my grandfather gave his life during WW1. Suggest that your online booking system be amended to bring out such matters .
