The holiday home, which was last renovated in 2021, is located separately on the owner's residential property in a quiet residential area in the Warenshof district. Restaurants, shopping facilities and guarded bathing beach on the Müritz within a radius of 2 km. Railway station with connection to tourist centres of the Mecklenburg Lake District approx. 100 m. Equipped with: Living room upstairs (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, sitting area, flat screen TV, air conditioning), bedroom (double bed 1.60 x 2.00 m), kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, dining table, mini oven, coffee machine, wood-burning stove, flat screen TV), shower/WC, central heating (FB heating in bathroom and kitchen). Available: furnished terrace or outdoor seating area, barbecue, car park at the house, an outdoor sauna, bicycle storage. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy. The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger shipping, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
