Wir hatten ein sehr schönes geschmackvoll renoviertes Zimmer im Nebengebäude 1.stock mit großem Balkon und Blick auf den Leuchtturm. Direkter Strandzugang. Schwimmbad und Sauna im gleichen Gebäude mit intaktem Aufzug erreichbar. Highlights waren der Frühstücksraum und die Bar. Mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Nordsee. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet hervorragend. Für jeden was dabei. In der Bar alles was das Herz begehrt. Mit sehr sympathischen Service. Vielen Dank für alles... Leider auch ab und zu ältere Herrschaften im Spielewahn. Die den Barbetrieb scheinbar mit einem Seniorenwohnheim verwechselten...

Super Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade und am „Pudding“ - dem zentralen Ort in Wangerooge. Großzügige und moderne Zimmer, lediglich das Bad ist sehr klein und dunkel. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit reichhaltigem Buffet und vielen Allergiker geeigneten Speisen.

Freundliches Personal , aber absolut nicht barrierefrei! Fahrstuhl seit Wochen außer Betrieb, Zimmer nicht erreichbar für Menschen mit Rollator! Mein Zimmer schlecht gelegen, da direkt an der Einfahrt. Hier Lieferverkehr ab morgens 5 Uhr ! Zimmerservice nur auf Bestellung und leider wurden hier die gewünschten und angekündigten Zeiten nicht eingehalten.

Sehr schönes mit Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtetes Hotel. Es hat eine Top Lage direkt am Strand. Eine Sauna, Spa-Bereich und Pool sind ebenfalls im Haus vorhanden. Tolles Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick und kostenloser Erstausrüstung (Wasser, Cola, Apfelsaft) der Minibar. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr lecker und umfangreich, da ist für jeden etwas dabei und man hat einen super Strand-/Meerblick. Ebenfalls super war das gesamte Personal, sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Es ein sehr gutes Hotel ***** was ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen kann. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Die Zimmer, Speisesaal und Bar wurden sehr schön modernisiert. Die Flure und der Poolbereich allerdings sind deutlich renovierungsbedürftig. Dunkelblaue Teppiche in den Gängen, Flure, deren Beleuchtung nicht funktioniert waren nicht ganz ungefährlich. Der Poolbereich müsste mal renoviert werden. Der Putz bröckelt von der Wand, ein Leuchtstrahler hängt aus der Decke, das kann man so nicht lassen. Der Service war sehr nett, das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig. Zum Abendbuffet kann ich nichts sagen, ich habe nicht daran teilgenommen. Mein Einzelzimmer hatte einen Balkon zum Innenhof hin mit Blick auf Getränkekisten und Personal in den Rauchpausen. Kurzer Weg zum Strand, das war ein deutlicher Pluspunkt.

Leider war das Zimmer noch nicht nach der Sommersaison gereinigt. Der Boden knirschte vom Sand. Sonst lieben wir dieses Hotel und kommen immer wieder und das mehrmals pro Jahr :) Da wir so häufig im Jahr Gast sind, würden wir uns sehr über ein Bonussystem freuen;)
