strandnahe schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser Wohnung. Besonders das neu renovierte Wohnzimmer hat uns überzeugt. Das Sofa ist gross genug und lädt zum Faulenzen ein. Uns hat die Nähe zum Strand gut gefallen. Ferner war die Wohnung gut ausgestattet.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage und Umgebung der Wohnung sind perfekt, strandnah und zentral! Die Wohnung könnte einfach eine Modernisierung vertragen, neue Matratzen und Vorhänge sind dringend notwendig, genauso wie neue Innentüren! Ein Backofen wäre gut, ist nämlich wirklich da! Die Reinigung der Wohnung muss dringend verbessert werden, und das Schlafsofa ist einfach zu alt und klapprig!

Lage Lage Lage

Die Wohnung ist top gelegen, zum tollen Schilliger Strand ist es nicht weit. Die Wohnung an sich war leider eher untere Kategorie. Die Ausstattung, die Betten, die Sauberkeit, alles war etwas dürftig. Wir würden dort nicht nochmal buchen. Es ist auch besser, nicht das Bettwäschepaket mitzubuchen, da die Bettwäsche schon sehr verbraucht ist. WICHTIG: anders als beschrieben hat die Wohnung kein funktionierendes Internet! Man muss das WLAN der Wohnung nebenan mitbenutzen, ohne dass in der Wohnung ein Repeater installiert ist. Entsprechend hat man nicht in allen Räumen Empfang und die Verbindung war so langsam, dass man nur mit eigener Datennutzung bei ausgeschalteten WLAN Apps nutzen und im Internet surfen kann. Positiv: Bei zwei vorgefallenen Defekten in der Wohnung hat der Vermieter schnell reagiert und der Hausverwalter unkompliziert Abhilfe geleistet.

Kurzurlaub über Ostern 2024

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön aufgeteilt jedoch das Mobiliar hat schon einiges erlebt, die Einbauküche verfügt über keinen Backofen das mann sich mal ein paar Brötchen aufbacken könnte, die Türen der Schränke klemmen und haken schon überall, im Wohnzimmer keine Kissen auf dem Sofa das mann es sich mal bequem machen könnte, die Entreinigungsgebühr für die vorgefundene angeblich vorher gereinigte Wohnung viel zu hoch angesetzt, anstatt mal ein Willkommensgruß oder ein paar Worte wie „wir wünschen Ihnen einen schönen Aufenthalt in unsere Ferienwohnung“ hängt ein Schreiben schön eingerahmt in einem Bilderrahmen was man zu tun habe bei der Abreise, das mann ein 2jähriges Kind auch noch als 5. Person bezeichnet und mit 25€/Tag noch zusätzlich berechnet hat mir sehr die gute Urlaubslaune verdorben, auch das man sich als Gast selbst darum kümmern muss das man die Gästekarte bekommt und bezahlt obwohl das die Aufgabe des Eigentümers/Verwalters(Fewo) sein sollte und eigentlich im Preis inbegriffen sein sollte, die Matratzen der Betten waren total durchgelegen und haben anscheinend auch schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel und waren auch nicht sauber (überall Flecken)

Strandnah und praktisch

Wir haben wirklich gerne in dieser Ferienwohnung unseren Urlaub verbracht. Der Strand ist nah, die Matratzen sind sehr bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Ich hatte kaum Probleme mit meiner Hausstauballergie, nachdem wir die Betten mit Allergocover bezogen hatten (der Staubsauger hat keinen Feinstaubfilter). Gerne wieder!

Schöne gepflegte Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist angenehm geräumig, im guten Zustand und gepflegt. Haben uns in unseren Ferien dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ausstattung an Küche war gut. Die Wohnanlage ist auch nett und zweckdienlich und sauber. Stellplatz ist nah am Haus. Haben uns über unsere Wahl gefreut, unsere Ferien in der Wohnung zu verbringen.

Tolle Lage aber leider nicht kindgerecht

Das Objekt hat eine super tolle Lage ist aber leider überhaupt nicht kindgerecht (u.a. keine Steckdosensicherung, Fernseher auf Kinder-Schulterhöhe,...). Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Bitte nicht unterm Sofa nachschauen. Als Handwerkerunterkunft okay, aber für Familien nicht empfehlenswert.

Verwohnte Wohnung in super Lage

Leider gab es anfangs Probleme mit dem Schlüssel. Der Vermieter hat sich jedoch sofort gekümmert. Die Wohnung an sich ist ok, jedoch Schimmel im Bad, sehr durchgelegene und knartzende Betten. Kein erholsamer Schlaf möglich. Die Wohnung wirkt alt und etwas lieblos.

Sehr schönes Objekt, sehr gute Lage, Kritik kann man lediglich an der Ausstattung (kein Geschirrspüler und kein Backofen) sowie an der Sauberkeit bei Übergabe (besenrein, nicht gewischt) üben. Vermieter war sehr bemüht, etwaige Mängel sofort abzustellen.
