What a charming place. Run by beautiful ladies who were friendly and accommodating. Great suggestions and local knowledge. The property itself was charming. I loved that you could help yourself to the coffee and just sit in the public areas. It felt like home.

Staff were lovely but the room was right next to the breakfast room so we were woken up with music at 6.45 am. Room was small and basic but OK. As usual not enough places for luggage and no bedside tables as there wasn't any room for them.

Great room. Room service makes the beds but didn’t take the bin out. Not sure if they clean the room. Great location 5 minutes walk to town. 4 spots carpark at the front. But at the back which there was a walk way to the public carpark was plenty to park. 1 minute walk to the parking area. Breakfast included. The ceiling is made of wood making loud creaking sound. It would be hard to sleep through but luckily the other guests only do it in the morning or not too late at night. The water through the pipeline was very loud when turned on. Good size room. Staffs are nice. Laundry is expensive $10 for washing and drying. Other hotel was free washing and $2 drying.

Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Inclusive breakfast was very nice and the staff here were very nice and chatty too. The room was quite spacious… we had a storm overnight and it was really cosy.

Our room ticked all my boxes, plus it had its own private sheltered balcony that extended our room space. Our cheeseboard and beers were so much nicer enjoying the late afternoon sun on our balcony.

It is hard to accept this is a 4 star property. Perhaps our room was not the same as others who rated this place much higher, but we had a King Room. I thought it would be much nicer than it turned out to be. The room and much of the facilities seem to need an update. Things seemed worn out. Our deck with patio furniture looked dirty. The finish was worn off of door handles. The towel rack holder seemed to have broken at some point and athletic bandage material was used to repair it! Parking was very limited. Staff were friendly and the outdoor seating area was very pleasant.
