No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm: As we are situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you refrain from creating any disruptive noise after 10:00 pm. Our neighbours have been informed to notify us of any excessive noise disturbances. If you anticipate difficulty adhering to this rule, we kindly ask that you reconsider booking with us.
Minimum age requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. The primary guest must be staying for the duration of the reservation and may be asked to provide ID for verification.

If you want peace and quiet, don't stay at this apartment.
The apartment was beautiful, great location but unfortunately very noisy. We were on a bottom floor and could hear every conversation, every step, every movement of the people above. All day, all night. We know they were trying to be quiet, but even the toilet flushing we could hear downstairs.
