Don’t book this hotel through Wotif! I didn’t read fine print, no refund. I needed to cancel or rebook due to genuine illness, both Wotif and The Realm implied I could, and I gave plenty of notice. They blame each other for not allowing a refund or rebook. Had they said from the start there was no refund I wouldn’t have been as angry. Very unprofessional don’t use either!

The Hotel is exceptional. The design, features, bedding & facilities are 5 star. The staff were extremely attentive & welcoming. Parking is free and on site which is amazing. Will definitely stay again if in Canberra.
