Security Deposit

Everything was fine . I did have a problem with the amount they held back as it was supposed to be $150 and that was fine but the held back $260 plus change . Neither the person that checked us in or the one checking us out could explain "why " it was more than my daughters who checked into another room at the same time. They all assured me that it will be refunded to me. Everything else was great. Now waiting to see if I get my $230 refunded.

This is my second time staying there. The guy that checked me in was wonderful. He was in training. Even the first stay was wonderful. My only concern is that the room had a bad odor to it. I just wish it had a better smell. I would like to just come into a room smelling clean and fresh.

I was really not expecting much when I booked this place, especially for the price. We were so pleasantly surprised at how clean, modern, quiet and overall great it was! The check in and check out staff were super friendly, even at 5am! The breakfast was more than you would expect and the place seemed like it was new, even the towels and sheets were crispy and clean. We will make this our new go to in Jonesboro!
