5 star experience. Booked this accommodation due to the washer and dryer facilities. Disappointed both these were no longer available. Saying that I found our a few days before do I could plan ahead. Still gave top marks as rooms spacious and very clean. Free Breakfast amazing and dinner really good. shuttle bus reliable and convenient. Couple Australia .

There AC was not properly working or non-existing in the room, which made impossible to sleep given the sweltering summer. The hotels need to be renovated asap. Even the toilets did not worked properly and some light were not working in tje room as well. The only good thing wad the food, which was delicious and reasonable priced.

Convenience near to Gatwick Airport and the shuttle service to the hotel for £4.50 one way or £8.00 round trip. Room was clean and the hotel have a restaurant with a menu with razonable prices. I don't like the front desk service, they were not friendly and including the shuttle driver, he was very rude.

Great stay near Gatwick. Very convenient transportation to LGW for 4€ running every 15 min. Clean rooms, helpful staff and great restaurant on property! We would highly recommend.

The shower head kept falling down, so we had to hold it in one hand and attempt to shower one-handed. The toilet wouldn't flush. Thank goodness we didn’t have to poop. The mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable.

Front desk personnel were excellent. Location and price of hotel was great. Breakfast was really good. Definitely recommended for an overnight stay near the airport.

Getting to the hotel was easy using the HOPPA Bua from Gatwick. Great location as there was a Tesco a half mile away and a Gregg’s even closer for some snacks and sandwiches. There’s a park a short walk away so it was nice to stretch our legs after being on a plane for so long. The room was perfectly adequate for sleeping in between a couple of flights.
