Walls are EXTREMELY thin. We were on the 2nd of 3 floors and heard everything very clearly around us. It was unbelievable. I informed staff that I would be checking out and moving to another hotel and said ok. They were not apologetic, I took it as this was a common problem.

The room was very nice and clean for the most part. The mini frig needs to be sprayed out with bleach to get rid of the mold in the back. The front desk was very friendly and responsive. We had an issue with our door twice and they came up immediately both times to fix it and were friendly each time. We would stay here again.

Hotel is advertised as pet friendly. Pet tolerant is a better description. Even though my dog is cleaner than my grandkids, they charge $75 for a dog. Where my grandkids would have been free

We were on the 3rd floor and literally more than 100 yards from the only one elevator in the hotel. There should be a law against that situation. My wife and I are in our late 70s and that’s where they put us. We also had a couple of dogs with us. So when we had to take the dogs for a walk, each trip included about 300 yards of walking inside the hotel. Won’t make that mistake again!

Got to the hotel and our room was changed from 2 doubles to 1 king bed. Without my permission. The Hampton inn was not able to switch it back. We paid for 2 doubles and end up getting 1 king bed.

The staff at wake Forest couldn’t be better. They were friendly and great representatives for the Hampton Inn. The room, as well as the hotel in general could use an update. The bed was hard and squeaky.
