Never again.
This was a one day business trip. Typical Hampton Inn has a good reputation but this was a terrible experience. The rooms were filthy, we had to change rooms because the first room they gave us had stains all over the couch (large stains like from fluids and white stains) hairs in the bathroom, and dirty carpet. It was unbelievable that they really would even try to put someone in a room like that. The next room we were given was just okay. It had stains on the carpet and the bathroom could’ve been cleaned better. You can tell the cleaning staff just does not care. The front desk managers both day and night , Maurice and Tywanna are rude. I asked for extra towels and it was like asking for a limb. Needless to say I will never return to this establishment. Major changes need to be made to the staff and to the building.
