On site parking, local restaurants within a few minutes walk. Staff were great and very welcoming. Great location and only 15 minutes drive from Dunedin city and good public transport. Hotel is right on the beach front and the views are amazing. A must stay location.

For the price i paid & the information that was provided about what was included or available did not meet up to the criteria i was disapointed and not satisfied including getting charged a further 50 for late fee after i paid $400 for the room which was a late check in anyway the manager was unreasonble i will not stay here again a complete waste of money
