The detached Obermoser house is situated in a wonderfully peaceful location with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The holiday apartment occupies the entire first floor and is tastefully furnished. A major advantage is that each bedroom has its own bathroom, ensuring everyone enjoys ample privacy. Two of the three bedrooms have access to the large south-facing balcony, offering breathtaking views over Wagrain. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking together. The farm, located 200 meters from the house, provides a wonderful environment for children. Hiking trails begin right at the doorstep. A shared garden with garden furniture surrounds the house.

Cozy, nice and beautiful views

This is a great stay, top views due to the higher altitude. The apartment breaths a warm and cozy feeling. A more traditional decoration. WiFi ok, no washer / dryer so be prepare for a longer stay to have options. Lots of places to visit and hikes to do. Overal we’de like to return soon

Het huis was heel. Bij ons was het warm, maar iedere kamer een douche. We konden fijn snel douchen als we thuiskwamen. Er is heel veel te doen in de omgeving, ook is er een gastenkaart met gratis zwembad en korting op activiteiten. Bovenal een prachtig uitzicht.

Bij mooi weer kun je lekker op het balkon zitten, maar bij slecht weer is het wel een ongezellig kamertje om te verblijven. De gastvrouw is vriendelijk maar niet heel informatief. We hadden veel last van oorkruipers, zelfs in de slaapkamer (bed) en keuken. Na vermelding werd daar niets mee gedaan. De hele week zonder handdoekverschoning vonden we ook minimaal. Het bed was fijn , ook dat iedere slaapkamer een eigen badkamertje had. In de winter voor het skiën vast een fijn onderkomen. In de omgeving is veel te doen, veel wandelingen, een prachtig kasteel, de ijs grot, waren hoogtepunten.

Fijn huis, complete inventaris, wel wat gedateerd. Wifi viel een beetje tegen. Erg comfortabele bedden. Krappe douche maar wel fijn. Prijs-kwaliteit is prima. Voor de boodschappen of restaurants wel de auto nodig. Omgeving is prachtig en het zwembad in Wagrain (gratis!) zeker de moeite waard.

De ligging is prachtig! Het huis is schoon en goed geoutilleerd voor 6 personen. Nu in januari is de toegangsweg naar het huis, een bergweg van 4 km, alleen toegankelijk met sneeuwkettingen.

De buiten foto's mogen wel worden aangepast, ik heb de boeking van dit huisje onderandere gedaan omdat er voor de kinderen schommels / glijbaan aanwezig zou zijn.(als je de foto's mag geloven) het huisje was schoon, alles aanwezig. Maar wat ik niet begrijp is dat iedereen een review schrijft over het super sociale van de eigenaar, dat viel allemaal wel mee.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung, mit einem wundervollen Blick auf Wagrain. Wir waren zu siebt und alles hat gepasst. Das Wohnzimmer ist schon etwas klein und die Küche auch nicht gerade groß, aber die Zimmer sind klasse, die Betten super und der Balkon mit dem Blick richtig gut,

Wat een prachtige plek, een heerlijk huisje, we konden er prima verblijven met z’n zessen (ouders en vier kinderen tussen 16 en 4). Het uitzicht is prachtig (hoog!), en de bedden liggen goed. We komen hier zeker nog eens terug.

Deze vakantie samen met oma heerlijk genoten. De hele week lekker weer gehad en veel dingen gedaan en bezocht. Super aardige huiseigenaar met de klapper op de vuurpijl een heerlijke cake door de vrouw des huizes zelf gebakken. Alleen maar TOP. Bij iedereen aan te raden.
