The room is clean however the carpet is very strained and the first thing you see when you enter to room. This needs to be replaced. Great water pressure. There is a water hammer and the pipes rattle. The next rooms air-conditioner makes a very loud noise.

Staff was accommodating for our late arrival however this is the first time I’ve checked in to a hotel with no milk whatsoever provided for a tea/coffee. We had travelled 11 hours had to park out on street then go get our own milk. Bed was ok but you do roll together in middle. Aircon rattles like crazy and will only stop by wrapping toilet paper at the direction vents.

All beds in family room were very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy There was no coffee cups in room at first, let reception know, and was fix straight away 👍
