The room was clean, but it was hot. We told them at the front desk and they said the air wasn't hooked up right when it was repaired. They knew what the problem was, but aren't doing anything about it. I was also charged $30 per room for essentials. I have never been charged for essentials by a hotel. There's no way $30 worth of soap, towels, and water was used in the day in a half that we stayed. Also, this charge wasn't told to me until I checked in, so what am I supposed to do, say no? The sinks also need to be fixed because the valve that hold water in won't pop us or is down too far and the water drains very slow. I was pretty disappointed with the hotel because I've always had great rooms at Holiday Inn.

Called day before and spoke to a gentleman that really didn’t seem to want to help out. Day of stay staff was not rude but not real engaging. As I left there was an odor that resulted in leaving doors open to air out. Smelled like pipes backed up. Rooms were clean and cleaning staff was polite.

This is my second time to stay at this hotel. It is always clean as well kept. The personnel are always friendly, polite, courteous, and helpful. The restaurant has good food. My kids love the pool. This hotel works great for my family of four.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub the beds were very comfortable we will definitely be staying again.
