INCIDENTALS????

Why did i have to give my credit card to be charged 50.00 "for incidentals"? The person checking in behind me did not. What "incidentals" are they talking about? There is no room service. The only way to view the streaming channels is by inputting your personal account information. The fan in the bathroom was very loud and could not be turned off. The person at the counter did not greet me. She said, 'checking in".

Not necessarily the motels fault but there was a horrific nauseating raw sewage smell on property. It was so bad that I was dry heaving and had to leave immediately and not stay there.

I attempted to cancel this reservation but the trip was not listed under my account. This made it difficult to contact the hotel, and I had to spend a lot of time searching for someone to speak to. The CSR was rude and stated I couldn't cancel a two night stay. I have been a Travelocity member for decades and had never had this experience. I paid for a stay that I did not even use because of flooding, I did make another reservation through Travelocity in Temple, TX. I should've been able to at least transfer my first reservation from Waco to Temple. Joseph Pope

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a problem with most of the outlets - they were so loose we couldn’t get our electronics to charge. The towels were clean but were rough - a little fabric softener would help. Breakfast was fantastic!
