The attitude by the hotel staff is horrendous! The hotel is torn apart and had a strong, disgusting musty smell. The behavior exhibited by the staff is atrocious. They are incredibly rude and aggressive. They are also violating ADA guidelines. Staying here is not worth it on any level. The ADA has been notified of the violations. Stay far away!

The bathroom had several dead bugs in it. The toilet seat had dry urine on it. The shower curtain looked like someone blew their nose on it. The room smelled musky. Definitely will not being staying anymore.

My girlfriend and I stayed there for one night for the rodeo. There were numerous options for food near the hotel after we left the rodeo; we stopped at a nearby restaurant, Wingstop, and had an amazing meal. The room was a little stale when we walked in but it didn’t smell bad. Our bathroom had black mold on the ceiling but the pattern of it was pretty. The shower didn’t drain at first, but we figured it out. Only one bug in the bathroom for the entire stay and it was little (to be expected from climate change). Our desk chair had every wheel. And the bed never broke at all. All in all, I would recommend this hotel on a budget.

Terrible place to stay at. When arrived no staff attended even though we booked in advanced. Had to book another place to stay at not just because of that but the whole place is bad. Needs alot of work / cleaning dont recommed.

The hotel was under some construction but it didn’t disturb me. A little outdated but at the price it wasn’t a big deal. There was no phone in the room. Overall for just a place to sleep it was good.

The room was good. I give them an excellent because I left my wallet in the room when I checked out. Staff contacted me within an hour to let me know I left my wallet behind. I am still relieved and appreciate their honesty.

The room was very comfortable. The staff was very professional and accommodating. The breakfast was very convenient, and breakfast area was very well maintained. The only negative things were some minor renovation being done on our floor and the hot tub by the pool was not working.

There was a party going on in the hallway and in all of the rooms around us at 2:30330 and four in the morning. There was beer and cake thrown all over the hallway and smeared on doors. I tried calling the staff numerous times both on my cell phone and on the room phone and no one ever answered.

Breakfast was good. The breakfast staff ladies were so awesome and just made my day every morning! Bed was comfortable. My only issues were that the heating element in the hot tub was out and that was something I was very much looking forward to. And every so often someone would smoke outside and the smell would come through the A/C vent. Otherwise, we had a great stay.
