Beautiful Holiday Apartment “Familie Arnhofer” with Wi-Fi

The holiday apartment “Familie Arnhofer” is located on the first-floor of a 2-family home on the outskirts of the idyllic village Waal, which is surrounded by picturesque fields, hills and forests. The spacious 116 m2, beautifully decorated property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a bar counter, 2 bedrooms (one with 3 single beds) as well as one bathroom with a shower and a bathtub and can therefore accommodate 5 people. The apartment was decorated by a Belarusian designer, artist and photographer, Anna Koroleva, whose works create a particularly cosy atmosphere and some of which are also available for sale. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite television, board games as well as a washing machine and a dryer in the utility room. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached in approximately 10 minutes on foot. The nearest supermarket is just an 11-minute walk away (850 m) and the closest bakery is 13 minutes on foot from the apartment (1 km). Due to its excellent location, a number of activities can be easily reached by car from the apartment. Relax in the thermal baths of Bad Wörishofen (18. 5 km or a 22-minute drive away), enjoy a round of golf at the golf club Castle Igling (6.3 km or a 9-minute drive away), treat the children to a trip to the adventure park “Allgäu Skyline Park” (19.5 km or a 7-minute drive away) or visit the famous Neuschwanstein Castle (64 km away or a 1-hour drive away). The fantastic cities of Munich and Augsburg can easily be reached in under an hour by car. For horse lovers, horse rides are offered next to the house. The nearest ski lifts are also situated approximately 70 km from the house.

Please note that an extra bed pull-out bed can be provided in the second bedroom, if necessary. This is a non-smoking apartment. The homeowners can communicate with guests through German, English, Russian, Italian and Portuguese and are happy to provide you with advice and tips for an enjoyable stay.
