enjoyed my stay at this hotel. location is good, right next to the beach and 10 min walk to Tam Thang Square. Hotel comes with a skybar pool and gym. There are amazing views of the ocean (and morning sunrise) from my room! Staff are also friendly and the service is great. Amazingly, they also arrange complimentary transport to and from Ho Chi Minh City every day!

Didn’t seem real interested in our arrival.Unusual for hotel that size not to have a fully functioning restaurant, small selection available. Good location opposite the beach, will be better when work on the foreshore is finalised. Rooftop pool is very nice and staff up there very friendly

The place has lots of positive and negatives.The breakfast menu buffet is the highlight,fresh,variety and always well stocked big thanks to resturant crew.Our room was on 15th floor corner which gave us amazing views ,room service and house keeping were fast and efficient.the safe was locked i asked twice they never opened so i gave up.There was an ant issue around the mini bar and coffee machine,anything sweet was invaded by ants,which i reported to reception in writing.The bed was a bit to firm for my liking woke up sore everyday.The rooftop pool is excellent but very disappointed it closes at 6 pm and after being out all day its great to have a swim ,but they ask you to get out.The pool bar stays open but cannot swim i find this crazy as i payed for this enjoyment. The elevator is very slow especially on weekends.The hotel is in good condition and can see that money is being spent looking after it .Its way down end of town so a grab or taxi is needed to do everything ,there is no 24/7 convience,massage or decent eateries nearby.I didnt appreciate being woken at 7am everymorning by bells, sirens ,horns from all the foreshore construction which is directly below the building.didnt recieve upgrade,vip discounts that i am entitled to as expedia gold member,even charged me for a broken glass that broke in my hand,cutting me.

The checked-in process was greeted with a smile and quick. Were stayed three nights and four days. The hotel was cleaned and quieted. The rooms were nice and cleaned. Staffs were friendly and smiles. The breakfast buffet had decent varieties of selections. Our kids had a great time and said they want to stay here again next time we’re in Vung Tau. We definitely be back.
