You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 5 sqm and with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.

Risika. The villa is located on a farm, on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property.
