We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Vosbles, this charming house with sauna, of a surface of 130 m ² and being able to accomodate to 8 travellers. In the heart of the Pays des Lacs et Petite Montagne, it consists of a pretty 35 m² living room (with pellet stove), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you will be able to enjoy a garden of about 420 m² and a terrace. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The flat, facing East/West, is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A 35 m² living room with TV, pellet stove (pellets provided) and sofa bed.
- A kitchen open to the living room, equipped with electric kettle, Cookéo multi-cooker, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Senseo coffee machine... and dining area.
- A relaxation room with shower, WC, sauna and laundry area.
- Bedroom 1 (16 m²): a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A shower room with Italian shower and washbasin.
On the first floor:
- A lounge/reading area with a sofa.
- Bedroom 2 (21 m²): a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3 (16 m²): a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet.

Exterior:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 420 m², facing East/West as well as a terrace of about 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Vosbles, in a very pleasant, natural, friendly and quiet environment in a hamlet of 32 inhabitants. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops in Thoirette and Arinthod, 10 and 15 minutes by car.

- Tourist sites : The lakes (Vouglans, Coiselet, the Ain river, etc), the Hérisson waterfalls, Bourg-en-Bresse (capital of the Ain)...
- Sporting activities : Hiking, mountain biking, road biking, water sports or relaxation (paddle, canoeing, boating, swimming, fishing, etc)... La Presse and Prénovel ski resorts are 1 hour away.
- Cultural visits: the church of Saint Hymetiere, Orgelet, Arinthod, the royal monastery of Brou...
- Gastronomic heritage: Visit of various farms and the fruit factory (Comté area)...
- Events : La Forestière mountain bike race, varied music festival, Vouglans triathlon...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (14 m², 1 traditional vehicle) or on the parking outside the house (2 vehicles).

As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Bourg-en-Bresse train station located at about 45 minutes by car and Lyon Part Dieu train station at about 1h28 by car.
- Nearest airport: Geneva airport located at about 1h18 by car and Lyon-Saint Exupéry at about 1h20 by car.

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Breakfast or meal trays are available on request, at an additional cost.
- Payments on site can be made by card because our service provider on site is equipped with a Sumup payment terminal.
- Free Wifi available (fibre optic).
- The pellet stove is functional, pellets are provided free of charge.
- Pets accepted (one pet only) at extra cost, please specify when booking. (€10/stay)
- Bike room in the garage.
