Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of the Veluwe! This beautiful 8-person detached villa at Landgoed de IJsvogel blends charm and comfort for an unforgettable group getaway. Featuring a bright living area with a cozy fireplace and flatscreen TV, the villa is designed for both relaxation and connection. The fully equipped open kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer—ideal for whipping up group meals. Large garden doors open to a generous terrace, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.

Perfect for families or groups of friends, the villa offers four bedrooms spread across two floors, each with twin box-spring beds for flexible sleeping arrangements. Two well-appointed bathrooms—one with a bathtub or shower and the other with a shower—ensure everyone has space to refresh. A second separate toilet on the landing adds extra convenience. With central heating throughout, the villa is cozy year-round, whether you're warming up after a forest hike or enjoying a crisp autumn evening by the outdoor fireplace.

Set on the livelier side of the park, you’re close to the resort’s amenities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Enjoy bike rides through forested trails or take a short drive to the charming town of Voorthuizen, where you'll find delightful bakeries, traditional Dutch eateries, and cozy cafés. Please note: to preserve the tranquil atmosphere, pets are not permitted.

Wij vonden het verblijf helaas wat tegenvallen, met name het huisje. Op het park zelf niets aan te merken, de rest van de huisjes zag er nieuw uit. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding vonden we helaas niet goed. Tijdens het verblijf hebben we zonder overdrijven ongeveer 20 zilvervisjes doodgemaakt. Verder lag het frontje van de onderste lade van de buffetkast er bij het opendoen van de lade direct af. Verder zat er bijvoorbeeld in het kastje boven de koelkast een grote spin die er, zo leek het, al enige tijd vertoefde. De badkamer beneden was basic, de badkamer boven was meer een douche in een kast. Het gasfornuis moest met lucifers aangestoken worden. Al met al zou het huisje waarin we verbleven wel een renovatie kunnen gebruiken.

Het huis is fantastisch: vooral beneden (eetkamer, zitkamer, keuken) is heel ruim en gezellig en de tuin is geweldig. Ook de overkapping aan het huis en het tuinmeubilair zijn helemaal prima. Boven is het wellicht wat verouderd. De douches (beneden en boven) zouden beter kunnen, maar dat is echt een detail. We hebben enorm genoten.

Der Park war in Ordnung, etwas einfach und sicherlich nicht luxuriös, aber dennoch komplett ausgestattet. Fußballkäfig, Schwimmbad und Snackbar für die Kinder. Sie hatten eine tolle Zeit. Unser Haus, Villa 713 - war :(( Haus und Garten waren sehr dunkel, düster. Lage AN der N344 .... Im Bett, unter der Dusche und sogar vom Kamin aus konnte man die vorbeirauschenden Autos hören. Wirklich die Veluwe Gefühl. Das Haus selbst ist etwas veraltet. Fugenmörtel und Dichtmittel im Badezimmer waren schmutzig und schimmelig. Die Toilettenbürsten waren alt und schmutzig. Das Haus war sehr feucht – selbst die Handtücher blieben nach einer Nacht des „Trocknens“ nass. Betten super schmal - alles schmuddelig. Wir haben noch nicht einmal die Taschen ausgepackt und aus der Tasche gelebt. Der Wasserkocher war stark verkalkt und unbenutzt. Ein neuer Wasserkocher kostet bei der Aktion weniger als 8 Euro. Die Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine war schmutzig – nicht richtig gereinigt. Sogar der Wassertank weist eine Schicht grüner Ablagerungen auf. Sie können verstehen, dass wir zumindest im Haus waren – wir sind auch eine Nacht früher abgereist. Wir haben dem Eisvogel nichts davon mitgeteilt – wer weiß, vielleicht hätten sie das Problem gelöst. Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn: Wenn Sie trist und düster sind, bleiben oder werden wollen – und den Klang von Autos lieben, dann buchen Sie dieses Haus.

Bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Würfel für die Spülmaschine mit, sonst werden Sie am Weihnachtstag von den Nachbarn betteln, da weder die Rezeption noch der Laden geöffnet sind. Es ist ein kleines Haus für 8 Personen. Es ist kein Holz vorhanden, also müssen Sie es selbst mitbringen. Die Matratzen sind sehr kurz und die Kissen ziemlich alt. Kanalisation stinkt manchmal, aber das wird wohl nicht in jedem Haus so sein. Voorthuizen und die Lage ist wirklich toll. Schöne und reiche Umgebung.

Uns wurde ein "Villa"-Haus für 8 Personen versprochen. Das Wort Villa war „nur für uns in dem Raum rund um das Haus. Bei der Ankunft im Park bemerkten wir , dass der Park sah toll aus . Gut für und sauber! Arrival Haus gepflegt mit Garten beeindruckt, Raum rund um das Haus und das Dach mit Außen Kamin war wirklich schön und enjoy.The Hütte war jedoch disappointing.To Aufenthalt dort mit 8 Personen würde ich nicht recommend.De Wohnzimmer hatte mehr Raum für eine enge 6 persons.Floor Planen dass bobbles, Esszimmerstühle , die vollständig abgeschlossen; Kunstleder auf jedem Sitzplatz „abgeblättert“. Hochstuhl schmutzig, Speisereste auf sie. Flecke auf Bodenblech. Boden gesaugt wurde , aber nicht gewischt. Unsere Sohlen schwarz waren. Licht in enger Dusche im Obergeschoss nicht Erdkabel verbunden war. Dusche im Obergeschoss habe mich nicht getraut zu benutzen.Dagegen war das Bad unten großzügig!Aber die beiden Rollos waren mit ein paar Stück Klebeband zugeklebt (war schon bei der Ankunft da)da man sonst reinschauen konnte.Dickes Plus ist eine Waschmaschine . Sehr schön, wenn man zwei Kleine dabei hat.Wir sind es gewohnt, ein Küchenset zu bekommen. Denken Sie an Streichhölzer, Spülbürste, Lappen usw. Zum Glück hatten wir Streichhölzer dabei, damit wir kochen konnten. Dieser ist nicht elektrisch. Wir haben die kritischen Punkte an der Rezeption gemeldet. Leider wurde nichts dagegen unternommen, außer dass sie sagte, sie würde es aufschreiben. Würde ich wieder dorthin gehen? Nein. Nicht für so viel Geld und für das, was sie sagen, sollte es sein.
