The residence is popular also due to the view from the property over the lake and its quiet, sunny location on the edge of the forest. For exclusive use are available: sunshade, children's playground, swing, sandpit, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, garden swing, campfire area and yard.

Vonyarcvashegy. The holiday home is located on a 900 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (in operation from mid-June to mid-September, 3 m x 3 m, 0.8 m deep).
