Beautiful Villa in Tuscany

We can definitely recommend La Voce del Silenzio. Had a beautiful one week stay there and loved the view and silent location. The garden is very charming and the pool and spa are amazing.

Schöne Zeit im Herbst

Liegt sehr ruhig. Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig, so daß wir uns jetzt gegenseitig des Schnarchens beschuldigen können. Ansonsten ist die Küchenausstattung nicht auf unsere Ansprüche ( Eierpiekser, -becher, zusammen- gehöriges, nicht biegsames Besteck, Salatbesteck, Schneebesen, Mess-becher, ... ) ausgelegt. Betten waren gut. Verdunkelung nur durch Fenster-läden möglich. Dafür aber Fliegen-gitter. Es war sauber. K. Danke

Das ganze Anwesen ist in einem Schlechten zustand! Die Ausstattung der Möbel ist Ihr Geld nicht wert. Konnte Nächtelang nicht richtig schlagen, die Matratzen waren unter aller sua. Die Pergola und die dazu gehörigen Sitzgruppe im Außenbereich waren verschimmelt und vergammelt. Überall waren spinnenweben und in den Nasszellen in den Ecken Dreck. Im Außenbereich gab es sehr viel abgebrochene und lose fliesen auf den Mauern und zum Pool. Der Pool hatte einen super schönen Dreckrand. :(

Tolles Haus mit kleinen Schwächen

Lage: Abgelegen und ruhig Haus: guter Zustand Küche: müffelnder Geruch in den Kästen und Laden alle Betten: durchgelegen, Matratzen bitte erneuern Pool und Garten: kleinere Reparaturen nötig (gebrochene Steine usw.) Gesamteindruck: tolles, fast perfektes Haus. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Buongiorno, vi comunico che siamo rimasti molto contenti della location e della casa. Unica nota "negativa" dal nostro punto di vista si potrebbe migliorare sulla pulizia. Abbiamo inoltre riscontrato in un paio di bagni un problema di pressione dell'acqua. Per il resto ribadisco che la casa è spettacolare in un punto strategico, isolato ma al contempo con le comodità delle cittadine confinanti.

Aufenthalt Ende August 2017:Haus und Grundstück gut, Lage sehr schön und ruhig. Nutzbarer Teil des Grundsrücks etwa 2.000 qm, reicht völlig aus.Vermieter freundlich und unkompliziert.Ende August 2017 war Insektenschutz auf dem Grundstück zwingend notwendig, vor allem abends.Anbau zum Schlafen kaum geeignet, da Bettcouch äußerst unbequem. Anbau hat zudem große Fenster nach Süden und Westen, aber keine Außenjalousien, heizt sich daher tagsüber stark auf. Nachts kann jedoch nicht gelüftet werden, weil dann Insekten eindringen. Hier ist die Klimaanlage fast unverzichtbar, während sie in den anderen Schlafräumen entbehrlich ist.Sauberkeit insgesamt verbesserungsfähig. Reisetipps: Region sehr interessant, viele, sehr sehenswerte mittelalterliche Städte. Einige Besichtungen erfordern je nach Tageszeit stundenlange Wartezeiten, z.B. Besteigung des schiefen Turms von Pisa.

Alleinlage, Anwesen und Pool f...

Alleinlage, Anwesen und Pool fantastisch. Vermieter freundlich und unkompliziert. Wenn man Ruhe sucht und/oder 4 kreischende Teenager (WLAN wurde nicht bemängelt!) dabei hat, ist das ein Traumort. Genug Platz für alle, um sich auch mal aus dem Weg zu gehen. Küchenausstattung ok, Pfannen überwiegend mit beschädigtem Teflon (war mir egal). Lieblingsküchenutensilien würde ich sowieso immer mitnehmen (scharfe Messer etc., bei Bedarf Schneebesen). Sonstiges: Zubau fällt im Standard etwas ab, Bett = unbequeme und unebene Klappcouch, Dusche auch schon älter. Klavier nicht gestimmt, falls wer darauf hofft. Die beschriebenen Mängel sollen keinesfalls den Eindruck hinterlassen, dass wir unzufrieden waren, ganz im Gegenteil. Die Vermieter haben vor und nach unseremAufenthalt an der Verbesserung der Ausstattung gearbeitet, und sind auch telefonisch erreichbar, wenn's was Akutes gibt. Für uns in der Hauptsaison war der Preis zwar recht hoch, aber in Anbetracht von Haus und Pool durchaus ok. Lieber eine zerkratzte Pfanne als einen mickrigen Pool ;–). In der Nebensaison halte ich das Angebot für günstig. Reisetipps: Zum Einkaufen kann man nach Volterra fahren (coop, 20 Minuten), m. E. aber besser (Straße, Angebot) ist aber der coop Valdera (Peccioli). Essen in Volterra z. B. Ristorante LA VECCHIA LIRA, tagsüber Selfservice, abends Bedienung. Antipasti Terre zum Niederknien. Wein einkaufen: nahe San Gimignano palagetto.it, meine Empfehlung: Solleone.

Zuerst sei gesagt, das Haus is...

Zuerst sei gesagt, das Haus ist TOP. Die Lage wunderschön, die Umgebung traumhaft, das Wetter war Klasse und dank des großen Außenpool auch bei heißem Wetter sehr gut auszuhalten. Nun zum Haus an sich, die Zimmer oben sind ok, etwas klein (vor allem die Bäder) aber ok. Genauer hinschauen was die Sauberkeit angeht sollte man allerdings nicht, Teppiche im Schlafzimmer etc.) Staub und Spinnweben waren an der Tagesordnung, scheinbar wurde vor unserer Ankunft nicht geputzt. Beim Aufheben eines heruntergefallenen Gegenstand musste man leider einen Blick unetr die Möbel im Wohnzimmer werfen, leider, Staub, Spinnweben und Essensreste, das muss nicht sein, vor allem um die heiße Jahreszeit (Thema Ameisen) Eine alte benutzte Pfanne satnd dekoraiv im Wohnzimmer..aber da wir bei dem tollen Wetter immer draußen saßen konnten wir darüber hinwegsehen. Pool war sauber, der Wellnessbereich innen allerdings sah nicht sehr einladend aus. Für das Geld könnte man mehr Sauberkeit erwarten. Daher deutlicher Punktabzug! Der Platz für 6 Personen ist ok, jedoch viel mehr sollten es nicht sein, denn der Anbau unten ist meiner Meinung zum schlafen nicht geeignet. Fazit: Ok könnte aber gepflegter sein! Reisetipps: In der Region kann man natürlich viele Ausflüge machen, die Lage dort ist ideal.Siena, Florenz, Pisa etc .etc ..Da gibt es viel zu sehenEinkaufen ca. 20 Minuten Entfernung mit dem Auto gut möglich. Preise normal. Auf dem weg dahin kann man bei den Bauern am Straßenrand gut Obst und Gemüse einkaufen. In der Nähe netteResataurants, Empfehlung das Da Nello in Lajatico. Super leckeres Essen.
