Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und es wurde alles sehr gut erklärt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, insbesonders wenn man mit Hund reist. Wir haben den Wellness Bereich genossen und uns gut von dem Alltag erholt.

Das Ferienhaus hat viel Platz mit 5 geräumigen Schlafzimmern, einer Küche und einem großen Wohn/Esszimmer. Die Begrüßung und Einführung in das Haus war sehr freundlich und informativ. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut und sehr farbenfroh, das hat zur guten Stimmung in der Gruppe beigetragen, vor allem die Tür zum Wellnessbereich, die wohl von der Enterprise ausgebaut worden ist. (Den Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht genutzt). Die Lager ist perfekt, weil sehr zentral gelegen, Anweiler, Dahn, Schönau sind gut zu erreichen. Ich werde das Haus für einen weiteren Aufenthalt jederzeit wieder in Betracht ziehen

Gutes Potential, leider nicht gut umgesetzt

Wir sind zu 6. angereist und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nach dem freundlichen Empfang sind wir entspannt angekommen und waren im ersten Punkt etwas enttäuscht, dass ein Hobbyzimmer im extra kostenden Spa Bereich sich befand und wir "nur" den Kicker Tisch ins Wohnzimmer gestellt bekommen haben. Das obligatorische Informationsbuch hatte uns dann aber doch etwas stutzig werden lassen. Bei einem stolzen Preis von über 800 € für 2 Nächte fanden wir einen "Strafenkatalog" der Wollmäuse verboten hat und als Beispiel ein Trinkgeld von 5 € für die Putzfrau forderte wenn man die Geschirrspülmaschine am Abreisetag nicht ausräumt. Das hinterlässt grundsätzlich kein gutes Gefühl, auch wenn ich nachvollziehen kann dass nicht jeder Gast Rücksicht nimmt. Die Entscheidung in der Wohnung Verbrauchsgüter zu verkaufen ist eine Entscheidung die ich respektiere, allerdings nicht verstehe bei so einem hohen Preis. Das habe ich schon smarter gelöst gesehen. Was allerdings schade war, dass viele Produkte mittlerweile über 1 Jahr abgelaufen waren, in unserem Informationsbuch wurde darum gebeten, dass die alten Lebensmittel bitte aussortiert werden. Offensichtlich hat sich hierzu kein Gast berufen gefühlt :-) Fugen zwischen den Fliesen sind kaputt, Badewannen sind ausgebaut und Wasser tropft von der Decke. Alles in allem eher enttäuschend und vernlasst uns das nächste mal in ein Hotel zu gehen.

Abenteuerhaus

Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen im sehr ordentlich und liebevoll vorbereiteten Haus. Während wir entspannen konnten, gab es für die Kinder viel zu spielen und zu entdecken. Wir bedanken uns für ein tolles Wochenende bei Uli 🤗
