Private: property 500 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, hot tub, spa area, washing machine. Motor access to the house (300 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 2.8 km, pebble beach 10 km, rocky beach 10 km. Praktischs neues Traumhaus in abgelegener absoluter ruhiger Traumlage. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind noch fertigzustellen, aber nichts was den Aufenthalt stören würde. Sehr netter Vermieter, die direkt daneben wohnen.
