Hotel is in a great location. About a 10 minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal, and near a lot of shops, a supermarket and close to most attractions. Had the queen room, that was very spacious, massive bed, coffee pod machine, large bathroom with plenty of storage. TV had english channels and free wifi. Staff were very friendly and the restaurant linked to hotel was excellent. Great location and a great choice for a central hotel.

The staff make this hotel wonderful. The reception staff are friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Sandra who cooks our breakfast is a real gem. The 24 hour complimentary bar and lounge area makes a lovely stay as it is easy to relax in between excursions. We always have a room overlooking the canals and it is lovely to sit and watch the world go by.

"The hotel is positioned nicely at the beach. Rooms are run-down and not matching what you would expect for the room rates, especially the bathrooms - with dirty grout and moldy caulking, holes in the tiles from previously attached bathroom accessories. The AC kept turning itself off with error-codes. ..."
