In Vizinada, there is a shop and a few cafes, only 500 m from the house there is a pizzeria and a butcher shop. Nearby there are also well-known wine routes and excellent traditional taverns with specialities based on local food.
Apartment of 90 sqm is set on the ground floor, the discreet owner lives with his family on the first floor.
