- East facing living room with lounge area (sofa bed for 2 people and TV), dining table for 4 people and fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, Senseo coffee machine, etc). You have a balcony overlooking the recently renovated rue Duguesclin, where you will find all kinds of shops. Private and exclusive access to a small terrace above with the possibility to eat (outdoor table and chairs) and to hang your clothes (clothesline).
- Double bedroom with double bed, quiet, overlooking a courtyard.
- Shower room with WC, washing machine

The flat, very well located, is 2 minutes walk from the train station (TGV Rennes and Paris), in the heart of the shopping area of Vitré: pastry shop and chocolate factory Le Derf (very famous, Meilleur Ouvrier de France), jewellery, clothes, florist, small food store, cafes, restaurants...

Logement frais , agréable , très propre ,spacieux , clair, equipé petits appareils ménagers. Acces a l'étage avec escaliers qui pourrait ne pas convenir aux personnes qui ont des soucis aux membres inferieurs . Une rue tres calme directement reliée au centre ville. Je recommande à tous . Trés contente d'avoir loué chez vous cet appartement . Merci
